I’m a wife and a proud mom of two, and my journey to health began after the birth of my son. Becoming a parent sparked a deep desire to learn more about what we were putting in—and on—our bodies. I started reading labels, eliminating toxins from our home, and making intentional choices to take control of our family’s wellness.

I’m certified in Functional Nutrition through the Mind Body Green Institute, where I had the opportunity to learn under Dr. Mark Hyman.
